Procurement work scope:
  • creating a convenient cost estimate for materials, appliances, furniture, and décor items based on design project specification, with key characteristics, prices, delivery deadlines and contact details of suppliers
  • requesting commercial proposals from suppliers and providing them to the client
  • ordering and arranging delivery of client-chosen and purchased materials, appliances, furniture and décor items to the worksite
  • updating the cost estimate and handling the project budget
  • visiting retail outlets to select/endorse items to be purchased
  • building bespoke furniture at carpentry workshops
  • providing the necessary building plans and blueprints to the suppliers
  • ordering and arranging delivery of furniture pieces from Europe and the USA
Designer supervision work scope:
  • planning the renovation works, tracking the work team schedule
  • regular visits to the site during work days
  • timely reports on work at the site using the Basecamp program
  • checking that the building work which has been done complies in all respects with the blueprints
  • making any necessary corrections to working drawings
  • providing clarifications on the design project to the works foreman
  • exercising control over the use of all purchased finishing materials, equipment, appliances, furniture and décor items, as provided for in the design project
  • coordination of contractors in related areas
